This week we feature Victoria from France, who teaches an impressive 3 languages – French, Russian and English! Victoria has taught 35 students and completed 152 sessions with a perfect 5.0 professional lesson rating.

We are very pleased to announce the release of an upgraded version of

The new version of the site includes a cleaner layout, a redesigned dashboard and a few new cool features. Expect more improvements in the future to italki, as a lot of the work in this new version has been with the backend system.

As we migrate to this new version, we hope that you can remain patient as we try and fix all the bugs and issues that may crop up.

Today we have a very special teacher, Jessica SkypEnglish4U

Jessica is a wonderful teacher with a great history of satisfied students.  She has also done a lot to promote italki and grow it to the community it has become today.  She is warm, kind, and fun.

We are excited to announce the italki “Culturecast”.

It is a weekly podcast dedicated to culture and language.  We will interview native speakers from the italki community and have them give us short informal language lessons.
